Townships2 PCN was established in 2019 and saw the following GP practices join together to share expertise and develop new services to improve the lives of the local population:

Richmond Medical Centre
Stonecroft Medical Centre
Woodhouse Health Centre

Alongside our practices, our network also includes the following teams:

PCN Management Team & Business Support

In our continuous journey towards excellent quality of care and collaborative success, we recognise the importance of reflection, feedback and collective growth. As such, we are working with Culture & Engagement Experts Ltd to carry out a review of our network culture, our approach to teamwork, and identify where we can improve our network efficiency. We want to understand the team's dynamics, processes, and the overall work environment from your unique perspectives.

This survey is an opportunity for all of you to share your experiences, insights and suggestions for how the team can improve and grow. Whether it is celebrating what works well or identifying areas for development, your input is crucial.

Our network aims to foster a culture of openness, mutual respect, and continuous improvement, and your feedback, as a network member, is a vital part of this process.
