In our continuous journey towards excellence and collaborative success, we recognise the importance of reflection, feedback and collective growth. This reflects our Council values about openness and honesty and getting things done by working together. We know there is a huge amount of knowledge and expertise across Integrated Commissioning and Public Health and we want to pull this together and build on it for the future. Commissioning is identified as a key area of importance in the Future Sheffield Transformation Programme and we want you to be part of this important work. As such, we are conducting a review of our Integrated Commissioning processes with the aim of developing a framework that provides a consistent, robust approach to our commissioning work. 

This survey is an opportunity for all of you to share your experiences, insights and suggestions on what our commissioning responsibilities are, how we commission services and what support you need to carry out these responsibilities effectively. We want to understand how you view the commissioning process and where improvements can be made to ensure we work more effectively, collaboratively and in alignment withour overall goals and values. Together we’ll get this done!!

Your input is crucial to improving our commissioning work and supporting one another to develop our professional practice. 

Our aim as always, is to foster a culture of openness, mutual respect, and continuous improvement, and your feedback is a vital part of this process. 

We have asked Culture and Engagement Experts to support us with this work and make sure we engage with all of you for your input. Please rest assured, your responses will be completely anonymous (via CEE) and treated with the utmost respect. Your responses will be used solely for the purpose of developing a commissioning framework. Therefore, please DO NOT enter any identifiable information.
