If you have a disability / impairment / long-term condition and are an NHS employee, this study is for you.
Your involvement will help towards understanding what helps and hinders disabled people in their careers, and potentially guide future support and interventions for disabled people in employment
I have been collecting data now for 7 months. I have been overwhelmed by the number of people who want to participate in my study.
Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey and/or participated in an interview.
Your voices have been heard and I will use your experiences to try and create change for disabled people.
SURVEY
The survey section of my study is still open. Thank you to everyone who has participated so far.
INTERVIEWS
The interview section of my study is now complete. Thank you to everyone who has participated.
The data collection period will run until February 2025. Please get in touch if you are an NHS employee who has a disability / impairment / long-term condition and you would like to participate in this important research.
